AI operations for small business

Everyone says you should use AI. Nobody says where to start.

You don't have a strategy, a stack, or a subscription you feel guilty about. You have a business to run and a persistent sense you're missing something. We spend a week on your actual week and hand you a short, ranked list of what's worth doing.

You'll talk to the person doing the work. That's the whole team.

You're not behind.
You just need a place to start.

Only about 14% of small businesses have genuinely built AI into how they operate, and barely a quarter feel confident about trying. The ones who've managed it aren't smarter than you and didn't spend more — they have someone in-house whose job is working out what applies to them. That's the entire gap. Rent that person for a week.

AI Operations Audit

$999 · one week

The place to start. A 45-minute call about how your week actually runs, then a ranked report: three to seven specific tools, the process each one replaces, the hours it gives back, and what it costs. Finished with a walkthrough where we switch the first one on together.

Implementation

$3,000–10,000

We set up what the audit found — accounts, automations, the connective tissue between the tools you already pay for — and make sure it survives contact with a normal week.

Team Rollout

from $1,500

A tool nobody uses saves nobody time. Hands-on sessions with the people who'll actually use it, plus written steps they can follow when you're not in the room.

Ongoing Support

from $500/mo

This field moves monthly. We keep what you've built working, swap out anything that stops earning its place, and tell you when something genuinely new is worth your attention.

The guarantee: if the audit doesn't identify at least five hours a week of realistic, defensible time savings, you don't pay. Prices are fixed and public on purpose — the scope says exactly what's included.

How it works. No ceremony.

01

Forty-five minutes

We talk through a normal week: what eats your time, what gets done twice, what you keep meaning to fix. No prep, no homework, no technical questions. Recorded so nothing gets lost.

02

A ranked list

Within five business days: three to seven recommendations, each with the process it targets, the hours it returns, the monthly cost, and how hard it is to adopt — ordered so you know what to do first and what to ignore.

03

One thing already working

A 30-minute walkthrough where we turn the first recommendation on while you're on the call. You leave with something running, not a PDF to file. What happens after that is entirely your call.

Fair questions.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

It's the assumption. The call is about your work, not your systems — what takes too long, what you do every Tuesday, what you'd hand off first if you could. Translating that into tools is our end of the deal, and the report is written to be read by you, not forwarded to someone technical.

I've already tried a few AI tools. Is this still for me?

Yes, and it makes the audit easier — you already know what didn't stick, which is genuinely useful information. We'll tell you what's worth keeping, what to drop, and what you walked past. Most people we talk to are starting from zero, but plenty aren't.

What if you don't find anything worth doing?

Then you don't pay — that's the guarantee. Sometimes the honest answer is "you're already fine," and we'd rather say it than invoice you for a list of things you don't need.

Do you make money on the tools you recommend?

No. We take no commission, referral fee, or kickback from anything in the report. If the right answer is a $30/month off-the-shelf tool, that's what it will say — even though there's no implementation work in it for us.

Do I have to buy the implementation too?

No. The audit is deliberately complete on its own, and plenty of people take the report and do it themselves. If you'd rather we set it up, we'll quote it in writing. That's a separate decision, made after you've seen the report.

Will AI replace my staff?

That's not what this is. Nearly everything we recommend takes admin off people who'd rather be doing the actual work — the quoting, the chasing, the copying between systems. If a recommendation would put someone out of a job, we'll say so plainly and let you decide.

Not sure where you'd even begin?
That's the point.

Tell us what your business does and where the time goes — a couple of sentences is plenty. We'll tell you honestly whether an audit is worth your money, and say so if it isn't.

Built something with AI already? We take it to production.

If you've built a real app with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, v0, or Cursor, that's a different job and we do that too. AI-built prototypes hide sharp edges — exposed keys, wide-open databases, no backups, no monitoring. We audit, harden, and ship them, then stay on to watch the thing while you focus on customers. No judgment about how it was built, and no rebuild from scratch.
