Unlimited readings, unlimited history. Other apps lock the readings you already entered behind a paywall after two weeks. We never hold your readings hostage — that behavior is the reason Cuff exists.

$4.99. Once.

The "free" blood pressure apps charge $4.99 a week — about $260 a year — for charts and a PDF. Cuff Pro is a single $4.99 purchase. Same features, one price, forever.

Readings never leave your phone

No account, no cloud, no ads, no analytics. Your readings stay in a database on your phone — the only thing Cuff ever sends is an anonymous crash report when something breaks.

Doctor-ready PDF reports

One tap turns any date range into a clean PDF: readings table, averages, morning/evening split, category breakdown. Generated on your phone, made to hand to your physician.

Cuff costs $4.99. Once.

The top “free” blood pressure apps charge by the week — $4.99 every seven days for the same charts and PDF report — and several lock the readings you already entered until you pay. Cuff's diary is free forever, your history is never locked, and the full unlock costs less than one week of theirs.

Fair questions

Does Cuff measure blood pressure?
No — and that's deliberate. No phone can measure blood pressure with its camera or screen, and apps that claim to have tested badly: a JAMA Internal Medicine study found one popular app missed roughly four out of five high readings, and Harvard Health has warned against relying on them. A wrong number that says you're fine is worse than no number. You measure with a validated arm cuff; Cuff keeps the log, the charts, and the report. Read why camera BP apps can't be trusted.
Is my data private?
Completely. There is no account, no cloud, no ads, and no analytics. Your readings live in a database on your phone and nowhere else. The only thing Cuff ever sends is an anonymous crash report when something breaks, so we can fix it — it never contains your readings or anything you type. If you turn on the optional Apple Health sync, readings go only into your own Health app, under your control. Deleting the app deletes the data.
What’s free, and what costs $4.99?
Logging is free forever: unlimited readings, unlimited history, color coding, CSV import and export, and file backup. We never lock data you already entered. One $4.99 purchase — once, not per week — unlocks Cuff Pro: the doctor PDF report, charts and trends, tags, reminders, multiple profiles, and Apple Health sync. No subscription, nothing else to buy.
Really? Other apps charge $4.99 a week?
Many of the top “free” blood pressure apps charge $4.99–$9.99 per week after a short trial — that's $260–$520 a year — and some lock your own past readings until you pay. We think that's wrong, so Cuff's entire price is $4.99, once, and your history is never held hostage.
Can it remind me to measure?
Yes — Cuff Pro includes local reminders at the times your doctor asked for (say, 8 AM and 8 PM). They're standard iPhone notifications scheduled on your device; nothing is sent anywhere.
Does it work with Apple Health?
Yes, optionally. Cuff Pro can write your readings to Apple Health and import readings a smart cuff already saved there — so your diary is complete even if your cuff has its own app. Health data stays in your own Health store, under your control.
Is there an Android version?
It's planned. The iPhone app is arriving first.
