Cuff is free to download, and its core diary — logging readings and viewing your full history — is free forever. A single one-time in-app purchase (“Cuff Pro”) through the Apple App Store unlocks additional features permanently and grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, under the store's standard licensed application terms. There is no subscription: all current features are included, and updates we release are included too.

Cuff is a record-keeping tool — a diary. It does not measure blood pressure, diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it does not provide medical advice. The category colors and labels shown in the app follow the American Heart Association's published reference chart and are provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your readings, your medication, and any symptoms. Never delay seeking medical care because of anything shown in the app or on this website. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Readings, notes, tags, and profiles you create in Cuff belong to you and stay on your device — we never receive a copy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and, because your data exists only on your device, for maintaining device backups if you want to protect it. CSV export, file backup, and the Cuff Pro PDF report make copies easy.

• Don’t reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law or the app store’s terms.
• Don’t use Cuff in any way that violates applicable law.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt or attack this website.

Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled through Apple under its policies. If something is wrong with the app, email us at cuff@argonlabsllc.com — we would rather fix the problem.

Cuff and this website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argon Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be noted here with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use Cuff after a change means you accept the updated terms.
