Support & contact

Stuck, found a bug, or have an idea? Email is the fastest way to reach us — a human reads every message.

01What to include

For bug reports, a quick description of what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead works wonders. Your iPhone model and iOS version help too. Screenshots are gold — but please don't send health details you aren't comfortable sharing; we never need your actual readings to fix an app problem.

02Common questions

Moved to a new phone?Cuff's data transfers with a standard device-to-device migration or an iCloud/encrypted backup restore, since it lives in the app's local storage.

Apple Health sync not showing readings? Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Cuff and make sure both read and write permissions are on. Cuff imports blood pressure and heart rate samples other devices saved; it can only see what Health has been given.

Bought Pro on another phone? Use Restore Purchases in Settings — the unlock is tied to your Apple ID, not the device.

Want your data gone? Delete the app. Everything Cuff stored goes with it — nothing exists anywhere else. (Readings you wrote to Apple Health stay in Health until you delete them there, since that store is yours.)

03A note on medical questions

We can help with the app, but we can't interpret readings or give medical advice — please take those questions to your doctor or pharmacist. If a reading is over 180 systolic and/or over 120 diastolic and stays there on a repeat measurement, contact your doctor right away; call 911 if you also have symptoms like chest pain or trouble speaking.

04Feature requests

Cuff stays deliberately simple, but we love hearing what would make it better. If your idea fits the “pay once, no fuss, nothing leaves your phone” spirit, there's a good chance it makes the roadmap.
